Ship sinks in Philippine waters 26/11/2008

At least one person is dead and three others are missing in the Philippines after a ship carrying heavy equipment for an airport expansion project sank in northern waters.

Coast guard officials say 16 other people were rescued.

An air and sea search is continuing.
