A group of six Melbourne men have been found guilty of being members of a terrorist organisation. Abdul Nacer Benbrika has been convicted of leading the terror cell, while five of his co-accused have been found guilty of intentionally being members of a terrorist organisation. Another four men have been aquitted of all charges against them. The men stood in the dock and hugged after the verdict was delivered. Those acquitted left the court after more than two years in custody, surrounded by their lawyers and supporters. The jury has been deliberating for 21 days after a trial lasting six months.
