Indonesia has grounded five more domestic airlines and given them three months to improve safety standards or face a ban. The transport ministry says a safety audit found the five airlines failed to meet minimum standards in all safety categories. In June the Air Operator's Certificate of Adam Air was revoked after the troubled budget carrier failed to meet a three-month deadline to improve its safety standards.
