Astari, from Indonesia, stays with Robyn and Teng, a young couple who live and work in the inner city of Sydney.
While she gets to know them she learns that they lead a very busy but healthy lifestyle by walking to all the places they love to go. Along the way Astari takes in the views of Sydney harbour, goes swimming, eats at a cafe and visits an art gallery. She helps buy food at a farmers' market, and even learns a bit about Australian history. And finally, Astari shares a very Australian brunch meal with Robyn, Teng and their friends.
