What is Vodcasting?

Vodcasting (or video podcasting) allows you to transfer and keep video programs on your computer or portable MP4 player and lets you choose when and where you want to watch them.

If you subscribe your podcast software will automatically get the program for you whenever a new one is available. Otherwise you can download and save the program to your computer or portable player to play later.

If you are downloading: choose MP4 for playback on Apple Quicktime, Ipod, PSP and other devices that support MP4 video playback. Choose WMV for Windows Media for playback on PC and devices that use Windows media.

Where do I get podcast software? There are many different versions of podcast software available for free. Popular podcast software includes Juice and iTunes.

Once you have installed the software, you can subscribe to any of our video podcasts by copying and pasting the subscription address into your podcasting software. Remember: if you want to receive these programs regularly, make sure the scheduling function on your podcasting software is set to search for new podcasts automatically.
