A few days after the tragedy finds Ben still wearing the same clothes, unable to eat or sleep. He spends most of his time lying on his bed, staring at the ceiling. Julie wishes desperately there was something she could do to ease her son's immense pain. Worried he's not coping, Julie's keen to play a more pro-active role and encourage Ben to at least have a shower and something to eat. But Dave believes Ben should be left to handle things at his own pace.
